Terms of usage

Tulo Engage Subscriber is free of charge for Tulo PayWay customers up to 2019-12-31. The terms of agreement for Tulo Engage Subscriber is included as an appendix to your organisation's existing Tulo-agreement and is valid to 2019-12-31.

Since the product is free of charge, the SLA-appendix defined in the Tulo-agreement is not applicable for Tulo Engage Subscriber. Adeprimo will handle support-issues for Tulo Engage Subscriber using existing capacity.

Adeprimo is under no obligation to further develop the product with a roadmap or according to customer-requirements or other KPI's.

Adeprimo has the right to further develop the application or create a non-free premium version and will develop other non-free services and applications within the Tulo Engage family.

Employees of a customer organisation with a valid Tulo-agreement, have the right to use Tulo Engage Subscriber. According to existing Tulo-agreement it is prohibited to share your login-credentials to other users. Abuse of the Tulo-agreement can lead to revoked login-credentials. The login-credentials are the same as the user have in Tulo PayWay.

The businessdata shown in Tulo Engage Subscriber is owned by the customer organisation and it is up to the customer to decide who in the organisation that should have access to the application and in which way the data can be shared or distributed.

Adeprimo has the right to use your brand as a reference for Tulo Engage and have the right to market other Tulo Engage products to your organisation.


Tulo Engage Subscriber sends crasch reports to App Center making it possible for us to resolve problems that occur in the application. More information about "App Center" can be found here:

Personal data that is collected and stored by Tulo Engage Subscriber consists of email, name and a mobilephone which is stored to maintain the user's session in the application as well as for usage analytics. More information about this can be found in the GDPR Appendix for Tulo Engage.
