Welcome to Tulo Engage Metrics

Tulo Engage Metrics is a solution for querying, reporting and analysis of the data you have in Tulo Payway. Metrics is a part of your Tulo agreement and provides a standardized set of dashboards and reports, which are documented here.

If you are in need of custom reports or want to create your own reports there are a few other possibilities to achieve this.

For example:

• Engage Reports
  • If you are an existing customer, your existing instance of "Engage Reports" (our previous reporting platform) can be used.
  • If you are a new customer, we can setup a new instance of "Engage Reports" where custom reports can be developed.
• Tulo Engage Data, setup your own datawarehouse in Tulo and pair data from Payway with behavioral events from your products (websites and apps).
• Engage Exporter, export your payway data to your own datawarehouse

Dashboards

We have created a number of dashboards that are based on certain categories of the Payway system, for example:

• Customers
• Sales & Payments
• Subscriptions

These dashboards are interesting if you want to look at a specific topic and do a deeper analysis since they often provide more filters into the data. But we have also created a set of curated dashboards that we think contain interesting KPIs, take a look at

Widgets

Dashboard widgets have a Widget options menu (accessible via the ⋮ icon in the top-right corner of the widget). Here you can choose to download the data for the widget or pin the widget to a custom dashboard.

Reports

Reports provides deeper drill-down reports grouped by different categories.

Most of the reports available are displayed as data tables with functionality for paging through the resultset and sort based on the columns in the report data.

All reports have a Report options menu (accessible via the ⋮ icon in the bottom-left corner of the widget). Here you can choose to download the data using CSV or Excel as target. In this menu you can also see when the data was fetched.

Available data

Data in the platform is generally exported from Tulo Payway nightly at 02:00 CEST, with exceptions for "realtime" orders which are ingested into the reporting platform during the day.
