| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| MRR current vs prev. month | Monthly Recurring Revenue for the current period, with percentage change relative to the previous month. |
| ARPU current vs prev. month | Average Revenue Per User for the current period, with percentage change relative to the previous month. |
| Active subs current vs prev. month | Total number of active subscriptions, with percentage change relative to the previous month. |
| Shared subs current vs prev. month | Total number of shared (family/group) subscriptions, with percentage change relative to the previous month. |
| Added month to date | The number of new subscriptions added since the start of the current month. |
| Churned month to date | The number of subscriptions that have churned since the start of the current month. |
Percentage changes are colour-coded: green indicates a positive trend and red indicates a negative trend relative to the comparison period.
Charts¶

Finance & billing¶
SV Ekonomi och fakturering · FI Talous ja laskutus
The Finance & billing dashboard gives a financial overview of revenue, payments, credits, and outstanding invoices. Unlike the other curated dashboards, it uses a Report date range filter (defaulting to 30 days) rather than a simple date range, reflecting the reporting-oriented nature of the data.

Growth¶
SV Tillväxt · FI Kasvu
The Growth dashboard focuses on the dynamics of your subscriber base — how many subscriptions are active, being added, and being lost each day and week. Like the Finance & billing dashboard, it uses a Report date range filter (defaulting to 30 days). The dashboard is split into two sections: a set of daily charts for granular day-by-day analysis, and a weekly section for a broader trend view.
Daily charts¶
Active subscriptions daily¶
A line/area chart showing the total number of active subscriptions for each day in the report period. Use this to track the overall trajectory of your subscriber base and quickly spot any sudden drops or jumps.
Shared subscriptions daily¶
A line/area chart showing the total number of shared (family/group) subscriptions per day. Use this to monitor the growth or decline of shared subscription offerings over time.
Added subscriptions daily¶
A line/area chart showing the number of new subscriptions added each day. The area fill makes it easy to spot peaks driven by campaigns, promotions, or seasonal patterns.

Added subscriptions by product type¶
A grouped bar chart showing new subscriptions added per day, broken down by product type (e.g. epaper_only, combination, digital_epaper). Useful for understanding which product types are driving acquisition.
Deactivated daily¶

active(green line) — deactivations of subscriptions based on an active choice from the userpassive(yellow line) — deactivations of subscriptions not based on an active choice from the user, payment problems fall into this category.
This split helps distinguish between involuntary churn (passive) and deliberate cancellations (active).
Deactivated daily by product type¶
A grouped bar chart showing the number of deactivations per day, broken down by product type (combination, digital_epaper, epaper_only). Use this alongside the "Added subscriptions by product type" chart to assess net growth per product type.
Weekly charts¶
Active subscriptions w. added and deactivated¶
A combined chart aggregated by week, showing three series:
active_end(orange line) — the total number of active subscriptions at the end of each week.added(green bars) — the number of subscriptions added during the week.deactivated(red bars) — the number of subscriptions deactivated during the week.
This chart makes it easy to see the net effect of acquisition and churn on the total subscriber count at a weekly cadence.

A dual-axis combination chart aggregated by week, showing two series:
netgain(purple bars, left axis) — the net change in subscriptions for the week (added minus deactivated).churn(red line, right axis) — the churn rate as a percentage for the week.
Use this chart to understand the balance between subscriber acquisition and loss, and to track whether churn is improving or worsening over time relative to the absolute net gain figures.
