Messages Templates are used to define a set of messages that can be sent by a user, these messages will be displayed to the user on the ClientPortal.
Requires administrator to be a part of group "Helpdesk". User can be added to the group from the "Controlpanel" in Payway admin.
This functionality is used to define a set of messages that will be presented to the user. The user will be able to send these messages to your Helpdesk members.
