Tulo Shop - Error descriptions

Introduction

This section will help you understand some of the errors that the end-customer might face, while performing a purchase in Tulo Shop.

General errors

Error code	Description
PRODUCT-NOT-FOR-SALE-001	This error will be raised when a product is either not found, or the validity period of the product has expired
PRODUCT-NOT-FOR-SALE-002	This error will be raised when a product is found, but the product has no compatible payment periods

Correlation ids

For some errors, a correlation id is displayed within the Tulo Shop. Providing this correlation id when submitting a support request of any kind significantly hastens the time it takes for us to troubleshoot the issue.
