Marketplace¶

Overview¶
The marketplace flow is directly linked to the Payway Marketing/Marketplace configuration. This approach requires all packages and campaigns that should be sold to exist in a marketplace.
URL Structure¶
https://example.shop.com/<marketplace_group>/<marketplace>/<product_code>
Where:
<marketplace_group>is the marketplace group identifier<marketplace>is the specific marketplace identifier<product_code>is the unique identifier for the package or campaign
Use Cases¶
The marketplace flow is ideal for:
- Creating organized product catalogs
- Building storefronts with multiple product offerings
- Structuring products by category or audience
- Providing customers with a browsing experience
Configuration¶
To use the marketplace flow, you must:
- Configure marketplace groups and marketplaces in the Payway Marketing section
- Add packages and campaigns to the appropriate marketplace
- Ensure all products you want to sell are associated with a marketplace
Integration with Tulo Shop¶
Tulo Shop automatically handles the entire purchase flow, including:
- Product validation
- Campaign ladder resolution (if the product is part of a ranked campaign group)
- Order validation (if configured for the package)
- Marketplace structure validation
- Payment processing
- Subscription creation
All of these features work out-of-the-box once the marketplace configuration is properly set up in Payway.
Dynamic Templates¶
The marketplace flow supports customization through dynamic templates, allowing you to tailor the appearance and functionality of your storefront:
- HTML Templates: Customize the structure and layout of marketplace pages
- HTML Widgets: Add interactive components and custom functionality to enhance the user experience
- CSS Templates: Apply custom styling to match your brand identity and design requirements
These templates provide flexibility to create a unique shopping experience while leveraging the marketplace infrastructure.
