Terms of usage

Tulo Engage BI is a reporting product for Tulo Payway and free of charge for Tulo Payway customers regarding data sources that originate from Tulo Payway. If the Payway license is terminated then access to Tulo Engage BI is terminated as well.

Since the product is free of charge, the SLA-appendix defined in the Tulo-agreement is not applicable for Tulo Engage BI.

Adeprimo will handle support-issues for Tulo Engage BI using existing capacity.

Adeprimo is under no obligation to further develop the product with a roadmap. Adeprimo will take in requirements for new reports and may develop them as standard reports for everyone to use or handle it on a consultant basis.

Adeprimo has the right to further develop the application or create a non-free premium version and will develop other non-free services and applications within the Tulo Engage family.

Employees of a customer organization with a valid Tulo-agreement, have the right to use Tulo Engage BI. According to the existing Tulo-agreement, it is prohibited to share your login credentials with other users. Abuse of the Tulo-agreement can lead to revoked login-credentials. Maximum 5 users will be administrated by Adeprimo in the free version. If you need to have more than 5 users a monthly fee of 200€ will be charged.

The business data shown in Tulo Engage BI is owned by the customer organization and it is up to the customer to decide who in the organization should have access to the application and in which way the data can be shared or distributed.

The business data is stored in Amazon Redshift and presented with a self-hosted version of Redash. Redash is an open-source application that Adeprimo will maintain and host on Amazon's servers in EU-North (Stockholm). Adeprimo has no obligation to develop Redash or white label the presentation with graphics according to customer's profiles. Adeprimo has the right to change Redash to something equivalent due to cost or GDPR issues.

Adeprimo has the right to use your brand as a reference for Tulo Engage and has the right to market other Tulo Engage products to your organization. Adeprimo has no right to share or show your data to other organizations.

By accepting these terms you agree that statistical reports and e-mail reports will become obsolete and removed from Payway and replaced by Tulo Engage BI.

Privacy

Personal data that is collected consists of email, name which are stored maintain the user's session in the application as well as usage analytics. More information can be found in GDPR Appendix for Tulo Engage BI.
