Convert to company account

Target Audience: Administrators

Introduction

As an administrator, you can convert a customer's account to a company account (and vice versa), simply by navigating to PAP => Customer Service, and finding the desired customer.

• When converting an account to a company account, you will need to fill in the company CRN, company vat number, as well as company name.
• When converting an account to a personal account, no additional information is required, and the current company account will be removed.
