Payway payment method - Google Pay¶

Introduction¶
Google Pay is provided either through the Adyen integration or through Tulo Payments and is only available in Tulo Shop or through the Payway API's. Currently it is treated as any other payment method in Tulo Shop, making it possible to pay through this method.
This document describes the adyen
payment method integration available in Tulo Payway.

In the future the implementation in Tulo Shop will also provide a simplified workflow for these types of wallets where the purchase will be initialized with more information from the wallet, like personal data and address information reducing the need to actually enter that information manually.
Configuring Google Pay¶
Start with preparing a "Business Profile" at Google Pay. Login to the console
- Create a Business profile
- In section "Google Pay API", register needed information under "Integrate with your website", choose "Add website"
- Add your domain that you use for Tulo Shop for "Website URL"
- Choose "Gateway" as "Google Pay API Integration Type"
- Add screenshots for Tulo Shop purchase flow (see below)
- Submit for approval

Google requires that you upload a set of screenshots, we have provided samples of these screenshots that you can use initially or replace some of them if needed.
Activating in Payway¶
Adyen standalone¶
In Adyen customer area, request Google Pay as a new payment method for your merchant and follow instructions provided by Adyen. You will need the "Merchant ID" from the Google Pay console.
Tulo Payments¶
Send in a support ticket to Payway and request to add Google Pay to Tulo Payments and provide the "Merchant ID" from the Google Pay console.
