Introduction

The Customer subscription overview provides information and actions on customer subscriptions. Actions include cancellation, reactivation and changing renewal date.

Reactivate Subscription

When in a cancelled or deactivated state an administrator can reactivate the subscription and choose a new renewal date.

Requirements

• Inactive subscription in state cancelled or deactivated. See subscription overview for more info.
• Tulo provisioned.
