Introduction

The Customer subscription overview provides information and actions on customer subscriptions. Actions include cancellation, reactivation and changing renewal date.

Change Subscription renewal date

An administrator can change the renewal date of a tulo provisioned subscription. The use case of this includes, but is not limited to changing when a customer is charged, when the subscription renews, or when the subscription reaches its final end date.
