Introduction

This page describes the functionality of changing the current payment method for a subscription in PAP.

Provider Payment method
Billecta Autogiro
Billecta Invoice (email/mail)

Change payment method

A customer service representative can change the payment method for a subscription.
Reasons for doing this can be several but not limited to:

  • The customer has received an invoice and registered an autogiro approval.
  • The customer has removed their autogiro approval and wants to receive an invoice instead.

To change the payment method go to the subscription overview => Change payment method.

There you will be presented with the available changes to the subscription. If none are visible then maybe you do not have a matching payment period setup. Or the user does not have an active Autogiro approval.
