Introduction

The Customer subscription overview provides information and actions on customer subscriptions. Actions include cancellation, reactivation and changing renewal date.

Cancel Subscription

When in the activated state the subscription can be cancelled either effective immediately or at the end of the term. An immediate cancellation will transfer the subscription into the deactivated state within 5 minutes. An end of interval cancellation will transfer the subscription into the cancelled state.

Requirements

• Active subscription. Allowed states are active, frozen, pending or paused. See subscription overview for more info.
• Tulo provisioned or created from voucher.
