Introduction

This section describes the Tags (Account) section of Payway.

What are Account Tags?

Tags (Account) is a way for you to define free-text tags on any given account in Payway. While this has no effect automatically, it allows you to define more precise meta-data on your account, and later use these tags to either identify a specific account via PAP, or via External API endpoints.

How do I view the tags of an account?

To view the Tags of an account, simply navigate into the relevant customer account (PAP => Customer Service), and in the Overview page, the existing tags of the account can be found via the "Tags" section.

How do I add new tags to an account?

To add a new tag to an account, simply navigate into the relevant customer account (PAP => Customer Service), and in the Overview page, new tags can be added via the "Tags" section.
